Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We strive to show each item as accurately as possible. Product photos are taken from actual pieces, but because many of our items are handcrafted, slight variations in texture, patina, or stone tone may occur — these make each piece unique. Lighting, monitor settings, and photo styling can also affect color perception. If you need an exact-match confirmation, contact our support with the product code and we’ll confirm before you buy.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your digital sales receipt is sent automatically to the email you provided at checkout. You can also view and download receipts from your Account → Orders (log in to the website). If you checked out as a guest, email our support team with your order number and we’ll resend the receipt.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy and instructions. Generally, we accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery (please keep tags and original packaging). Start the return by opening a return request in your Account → Orders or by contacting support with your order number — we’ll send a pre-paid label or return instructions where applicable. Note: custom, engraved, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Many of our pieces are limited-run or handmade, so some items may not be restocked. For items that will be refilled, we offer a “Notify me when available” option on the product page — sign up with your email and we’ll alert you as soon as it’s back. For popular pieces, we sometimes produce restock runs; if you want us to consider re-making an item, contact support and tell us which piece you’d like to see again.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
